Pengambilan Keputusan Partisipatif dalam Model Sekolah Demokratis untuk Efektivitas Organisasi

Penelitian ini mengembangkan kerangka konseptual untuk pengambilan keputusan partisipatif dalam model sekolah demokratis. Dengan menggunakan metodologi tinjauan pustaka kualitatif, penelitian ini mensintesis pengetahuan yang ada mengenai tiga komponen utama: pengelolaan forum musyawarah yang menyediakan ruang bagi dialog mendalam di antara para pemangku kepentingan, perancangan mekanisme pemungutan suara untuk kebijakan tertentu yang memerlukan prosedur pengambilan keputusan yang jelas, serta penetapan batas-batas kewenangan yang menjaga efektivitas organisasi. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa pengambilan keputusan partisipatif yang efektif memerlukan sistem terintegrasi yang didukung oleh struktur organisasi yang jelas, fasilitasi yang kompeten, penggunaan mekanisme pemungutan suara yang tepat, serta batas-batas wewenang yang terdefinisi dengan baik. Komitmen kepemimpinan sekolah dalam berbagi wewenang, pengembangan kapasitas bagi semua pemangku kepentingan, serta keberlanjutan melalui dokumentasi dan perencanaan suksesi muncul sebagai faktor keberhasilan yang kritis. Keseimbangan antara inklusivitas dan efektivitas bukanlah titik tetap, melainkan keseimbangan dinamis yang memerlukan evaluasi dan perbaikan berkelanjutan. Studi ini menyumbangkan kerangka kerja terstruktur yang dapat memandu lembaga pendidikan dalam merancang proses pengambilan keputusan yang inklusif dan efisien. Sekolah yang berhasil menerapkan pengambilan keputusan partisipatif akan menghasilkan keputusan berkualitas lebih tinggi sekaligus mengembangkan kapasitas demokratis seluruh anggota komunitas.
