Abstract

Artikel ini menyajikan diskusi normatif tentang kepuasan kerja guru, dengan fokus pada dimensi utama dan strategi konseptual untuk meningkatkannya di sekolah. Kepuasan kerja guru dipandang sebagai evaluasi subjektif terhadap isi pekerjaan, hubungan dengan rekan kerja, kualitas kepemimpinan, kompensasi, dan peluang untuk pertumbuhan profesional. Makalah ini menguraikan bagaimana dimensi-dimensi ini digabungkan untuk membentuk pengalaman guru dan mengemukakan perlunya mengelolanya secara sistematis. Survei kepuasan kerja rutin diusulkan sebagai sarana untuk menangkap persepsi guru, asalkan instrumennya dirancang dengan cermat dan diikuti dengan interpretasi yang bijaksana. Artikel ini kemudian membahas identifikasi sumber ketidakpuasan yang berulang, seperti ketidakseimbangan beban kerja, ekspektasi peran yang tidak jelas, dan terbatasnya partisipasi dalam pengambilan keputusan. Intervensi terstruktur secara konseptual dipetakan pada tingkat kebijakan, hubungan, dan dukungan individu, dengan penekanan pada partisipasi guru dalam merancang solusi. Kerangka kerja keseluruhan ini menyoroti hubungan antara kepuasan kerja guru, pembelajaran organisasi, dan stabilitas kelembagaan, dan dimaksudkan sebagai referensi konseptual bagi para pemimpin sekolah dan pembuat kebijakan.
