Pengelolaan Adaptabilitas Personel dalam Menghadapi Perubahan Organisasi di Institusi Pendidikan

Penelitian ini mengembangkan kerangka konseptual untuk mengelola kemampuan beradaptasi sumber daya manusia terhadap perubahan organisasi di lembaga pendidikan. Dengan menggunakan metodologi tinjauan pustaka kualitatif, penelitian ini mensintesis pengetahuan yang ada mengenai tiga dimensi utama: mengidentifikasi profil kemampuan beradaptasi untuk memahami kesiapan sumber daya manusia, merancang strategi dukungan yang disesuaikan bagi individu dengan kemampuan beradaptasi rendah, serta memanfaatkan agen perubahan internal untuk mempercepat adaptasi kolektif. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan kemampuan beradaptasi sumber daya manusia yang efektif memerlukan pemahaman sistematis terhadap dinamika psikologis perubahan, dukungan yang konsisten dari kepemimpinan, serta perhatian yang seimbang terhadap berbagai kelompok sumber daya manusia. Kemampuan beradaptasi bukanlah karakteristik yang tetap, melainkan kapasitas yang dapat dikembangkan melalui pengalaman dan pembelajaran yang terstruktur. Sekolah yang berhasil mengelola kemampuan beradaptasi personel akan menunjukkan ketahanan yang lebih besar dalam menghadapi perubahan kurikulum, kebijakan, dan teknologi yang tak terhindarkan. Penelitian ini menyumbangkan kerangka kerja terstruktur yang dapat memandu kepala sekolah dalam merancang pendekatan sistematis untuk mendukung personel selama masa transisi. Pengelolaan kemampuan beradaptasi yang berhasil memastikan bahwa inisiatif perubahan organisasi mencapai tujuan yang dimaksudkan sambil menjaga kesejahteraan dan keterlibatan personel selama proses transisi.
