Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran selfawareness berbasis STIFIn dalam meningkatkan person-job fit serta implikasinya terhadap penurunan perilaku quiet quitting pada guru di sekolah Islam bilingual. Fenomena quiet quitting yang ditandai dengan rendahnya keterlibatan kerja menjadi tantangan signifikan dalam pengelolaan sumber daya manusia di sektor pendidikan. Quiet quitting merujuk pada kondisi ketika individu hanya bekerja sebatas memenuhi tuntutan minimum pekerjaan tanpa menunjukkan keterlibatan emosional maupun kontribusi tambahan (Yılmaz et al., 2025). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei terhadap guru sebagai responden. Variabel yang diteliti meliputi selfawareness berbasis STIFIn sebagai variabel independen, person-job fit sebagai variabel mediasi, dan quiet quitting sebagai variabel dependen. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dengan skala Likert dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda atau Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Hasil penelitian diharapkan menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan selfawareness berkontribusi positif terhadap peningkatan person-job fit, yang selanjutnya menurunkan kecenderungan perilaku quiet quitting. Temuan ini memberikan implikasi praktis bagi pengelolaan sumber daya manusia di lembaga pendidikan, khususnya dalam pengembangan dan penempatan guru berbasis potensi individu.
