Pembelajaran Kolaboratif Dalam Pendidikan Perguruan Tinggi

Pembelajaran kolaboratif menjadi pendekatan pedagogis yang semakin populer di pendidikan tinggi karena dianggap dapat meningkatkan efektivitas proses belajar siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meninjau penerapan pembelajaran kolaboratif di perguruan tinggi dan mengidentifikasi tantangan serta strategi yang dapat diterapkan untuk meningkatkan efektivitasnya.Penelitian ini dilakukan melalui tinjauan pustaka dengan menganalisis berbagai penelitian terkait implementasi pembelajaran kolaboratif di lingkungan pendidikan tinggi.Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran kolaboratif mampu meningkatkan pemahaman konsep, keterampilan komunikasi, dan kemampuan berpikir kritis mahasiswa. Namun, terdapat tantangan seperti ketidakseimbangan partisipasi antar anggota kelompok dan kurangnya keterampilan fasilitasi dari dosen. Strategi yang direkomendasikan untuk mengatasi tantangan ini mencakup pengelolaan kelompok secara lebih efektif dan pelatihan fasilitasi untuk dosen, yang dapat membantu optimalisasi proses kolaboratif di kelas.
