Abstract

Pengelolaan kelas dalam lingkungan pembelajaran digital menjadi tantangan baru seiring dengan pesatnya perkembangan teknologi, khususnya Virtual Reality (VR), yang menghadirkan pengalaman belajar imersif namun memerlukan pendekatan manajerial yang berbeda dari kelas konvensional. Meskipun banyak penelitian menyoroti potensi pedagogis VR, masih terdapat kesenjangan antara pemanfaatan teknologi ini dengan praktik manajemen kelas yang efektif, serta belum tersedia model konseptual yang mengintegrasikan prinsip teknopedagogi secara utuh. Studi ini bertujuan untuk merumuskan model manajemen kelas berbasis VR dengan perspektif teknopedagogi melalui pendekatan studi pustaka terhadap 37 literatur ilmiah terbitan 2010–2023. Analisis tematik dilakukan untuk mengidentifikasi pola-pola konseptual dalam perencanaan pembelajaran, pengelolaan interaksi, dan evaluasi keterlibatan siswa dalam ruang virtual. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model VR-Class Management Technopedagogic Framework mampu menjawab kebutuhan pengelolaan kelas yang fleksibel, kolaboratif, dan berbasis data digital, serta memperluas implementasi kerangka TPACK ke dalam ranah manajerial. Studi ini menyimpulkan bahwa integrasi VR dan teknopedagogi berpotensi besar dalam membentuk sistem pembelajaran masa depan yang responsif terhadap tantangan era digital, meskipun dibutuhkan verifikasi empiris lebih lanjut melalui studi lapangan
