Pembelajaran tahfizh tidak hanya berorientasi pada kemampuan menghafal ayat, tetapi juga membentuk akhlak, kedisiplinan, dan spiritualitas peserta didik. Guru memiliki tanggung jawab strategis dalam mengarahkan proses tersebut melalui metode, motivasi, dan evaluasi yang tepat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan peran guru dalam meningkatkan pelaksanaan pembelajaran Tahfizh Al-Qur’an di Vila Tahfidz Ar-Rosyidun Nafi’ Kecamatan Bangko Kabupaten Merangin Provinsi Jambi, serta menganalisis bentuk strategi guru dalam menciptakan proses hafalan yang efektif. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru berperan sebagai pembimbing, motivator, fasilitator, dan evaluator dalam seluruh rangkaian kegiatan tahfizh. Strategi yang diterapkan meliputi penggunaan metode tahsin, muroja’ah, dan sima’an, disertai pemberian motivasi dan penghargaan. Penerapan strategi tersebut terbukti meningkatkan capaian hafalan, kedisiplinan, dan semangat santri dalam mempelajari Al-Qur’an. Penelitian ini diharapkan menjadi kontribusi ilmiah bagi penguatan model pembelajaran tahfizh yang berkelanjutan dan berorientasi pada nilai-nilai Al-Qur’an di lembaga pendidikan Islam
