Sinergi Kesiapan Guru dan Media Digital Interaktif dalam Menerapkan Manajemen Kelas Inovatif di Era Digital

Kemajuan teknologi digital telah mendorong terjadinya transformasi signifikan dalam praktik manajemen kelas. Guru dituntut untuk siap secara kompetensi dalam mengelola pembelajaran yang berbasis teknologi, serta mampu mengoptimalkan media digital interaktif sebagai bagian integral dari strategi pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis secara konseptual hubungan antara kesiapan guru dan pemanfaatan media digital interaktif dalam menerapkan manajemen kelas inovatif di era digital. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan studi pustaka dengan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan dari jurnal internasional bereputasi dan literatur ilmiah yang relevan dalam kurun waktu sepuluh tahun terakhir. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa guru yang memiliki literasi digital, sikap reflektif, dan pengalaman mengajar yang kuat lebih mampu memanfaatkan media digital untuk menciptakan kelas yang adaptif, kolaboratif, dan responsif terhadap kebutuhan siswa. Media digital terbukti meningkatkan keterlibatan dan motivasi belajar, serta mendukung proses evaluasi formatif secara efisien. Kesimpulannya, sinergi antara kesiapan guru dan pemanfaatan media digital menjadi kunci utama keberhasilan manajemen kelas inovatif berbasis teknologi, yang menuntut dukungan berkelanjutan dalam bentuk pelatihan, kebijakan inklusif, dan desain pembelajaran yang kontekstual
