Withdrawl Policy

Authors are not allowed to withdraw submitted manuscripts, because in the submission process there has been an agreement that this article is not/is being reviewed/published through another journal, besides that it has also wasted valuable editors and/or time sensitivity. Editors and reviewers have spent a lot of time processing submitted manuscripts, costs, and work invested by the publisher. If the author still requests a withdrawal of the manuscript while the manuscript is still in the peer-review process, the author will be subject to a fine of IDR 100,000 per manuscript, as a withdrawal fine to the publisher. However, it is unethical to withdraw a manuscript submitted from one journal if it is accepted by another journal. Withdrawal after the manuscript is accepted for publication, the author will be fined by paying IDR 150,000 per manuscript. Withdrawal of the manuscript is only allowed after the withdrawal fine has been fully paid to the Publisher.
