Abstract

Maraknya penggunaan gawai digital pada anak memicu fenomena Fear of Missing Out (FOMO) yang berdampak signifikan terhadap perkembangan psikologis dan sosial siswa Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI). Penelitian ini bertujuan membangun model konseptual Character-Based Digital Resilience (CDRM) sebagai strategi mengatasi FOMO pada siswa MI. Menggunakan pendekatan library research dengan desain content analysis, penelitian ini menganalisis 20 literatur yang diseleksi melalui protokol PRISMA 2020 dari basis data Google Scholar, Crossref, DOAJ, Garuda, dan CEEOL menggunakan kata kunci "FOMO", "fear of missing out", "digital well-being", "pendidikan karakter", dan "literasi digital" dengan rentang publikasi 2014–2026. Analisis data dilakukan melalui open coding, axial coding, selective coding, thematic synthesis, dan cross-literature validation. Hasil penelitian menghasilkan tiga temuan utama: (1) ditemukan empat manifestasi FOMO pada siswa MI, yaitu kecemasan tertinggal informasi, dorongan memantau media sosial, kebutuhan pengakuan sosial, dan ketergantungan gawai; (2) disintesis enam strategi pendidikan karakter, yaitu pembiasaan, keteladanan guru, literasi digital, regulasi diri, kolaborasi sekolah-orang tua, dan integrasi nilai Islam; serta (3) dirumuskan model konseptual CDRM dengan enam strategi yang didukung lima grand theory (Self-Determination, FOMO Theory, Social Comparison, Character Education, Digital Well-Being) dan lima nilai Islam (amanah, iffah, qana'ah, tawazun, wasathiyah). Implikasi penelitian ini adalah perlunya MI mengembangkan pendidikan karakter yang mengintegrasikan literasi digital dan nilai Islam untuk membangun ketahanan digital siswa terhadap FOMO
