Analisis Peran Kepemimpinan Digital dan Inovasi Organisasi terhadap Produktivitas Karyawan Perusahaan Modern Indonesia

Transformasi digital telah mengubah arsitektur pekerjaan, pengambilan keputusan, koordinasi, dan inovasi pada perusahaan modern. Penelitian ini menganalisis peran kepemimpinan digital dan inovasi organisasi terhadap produktivitas karyawan perusahaan Indonesia serta mengidentifikasi kondisi yang memperkuat atau membatasi pengaruh keduanya. Penelitian menggunakan kajian literatur integratif terhadap 20 artikel jurnal ilmiah terbitan 2021–2025. Literatur dipilih berdasarkan relevansi, kejelasan metode, kebaruan, serta pembahasan langsung mengenai kepemimpinan digital, inovasi organisasi, kinerja karyawan, perilaku kerja inovatif, atau produktivitas. Hasil sintesis menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan digital meningkatkan produktivitas melalui pembentukan arah digital, percepatan komunikasi, pemberdayaan karyawan, pengambilan keputusan berbasis data, dan penguatan pembelajaran. Inovasi organisasi menerjemahkan kemampuan kepemimpinan tersebut menjadi desain ulang proses kerja, struktur kolaboratif, integrasi pengetahuan, dan ruang eksperimen karyawan. Pengaruhnya dimediasi oleh transformasi digital, job crafting, keterikatan kerja, berbagi pengetahuan, keamanan psikologis, dan perilaku kerja inovatif. Kompetensi digital, budaya organisasi, kesiapan teknologi, kesesuaian tugas-teknologi, kesejahteraan karyawan, dan tata kelola memperkuat hubungan, sedangkan resistensi perubahan, beban digital, kesenjangan keterampilan, fragmentasi sistem, dan koordinasi yang lemah menghambatnya. Penelitian menghasilkan kerangka implementasi bertahap yang mengintegrasikan pengembangan kepemimpinan, tata kelola inovasi, peningkatan kapabilitas, desain ulang proses, dan pengukuran produktivitas yang seimbang
