Al-Zayn: Journal of Social and Legal Sciences provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge. All articles are published under an open access policy and can be read, downloaded, copied, distributed, printed, searched, or linked to the full texts without financial, legal, or technical barriers.

The journal does not apply subscription fees, and access to published works is available to readers worldwide without restriction. Authors retain copyright and grant the journal the right of first publication while their work is simultaneously licensed under a Creative Commons license that allows others to share and adapt the work with proper attribution.

Al-Zayn: Jurnal Ilmu Sosial & Hukum menyediakan akses terbuka penuh terhadap seluruh kontennya dengan prinsip bahwa pengetahuan yang tersedia secara bebas kepada publik akan mendorong pertukaran ilmu pengetahuan secara global. Semua artikel diterbitkan dengan kebijakan akses terbuka dan dapat dibaca, diunduh, disalin, didistribusikan, dicetak, ditelusuri, atau ditautkan ke teks lengkapnya tanpa hambatan finansial, hukum, maupun teknis.

Jurnal ini tidak mengenakan biaya langganan, sehingga seluruh karya yang dipublikasikan dapat diakses tanpa batasan oleh pembaca di seluruh dunia. Hak cipta tetap dimiliki oleh penulis, sementara jurnal memperoleh hak publikasi pertama. Karya yang diterbitkan juga dilisensikan dengan lisensi Creative Commons sehingga dapat dibagikan dan diadaptasi oleh pihak lain dengan tetap memberikan atribusi yang sesuai.
