Abstract

Tata kelola akademik di era kontemporer menghadapi tantangan kompleks yang melampaui kapasitas model governance konvensional. Penelitian ini mengembangkan konsep meta-governance pendidikan sebagai kerangka integratif yang menghubungkan dimensi etika, teknologi, dan globalisasi dalam tata kelola akademik. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif-analitis dan kerangka analisis multidimensi yang mencakup dimensi etika-normatif, teknologi-digital, global-strategis, organisasional-adaptif, dan ekologis-berkelanjutan, penelitian ini mengembangkan model transformasi berfase empat yakni diagnosis, desain, implementasi, dan evaluasi-refleksi. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa meta-governance pendidikan menuntut pergeseran dari paradigma managerialis menuju paradigma refleksif-kolaboratif yang mampu mengoordinasikan berbagai logika governance tanpa menekankan satu logika secara dominan. Framework yang dikembangkan mengidentifikasi lima dimensi integratif dengan indikator terukur. Studi kasus terhadap tiga institusi pendidikan di Indonesia menunjukkan variasi signifikan dalam implementasi meta-governance. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan pengembangan kapasitas meta-governance refleksif, penguatan infrastruktur etika-teknologi, dan pembangunan arsitektur governance multi-level sebagai strategi transformasi tata kelola akademik kontemporer
