Peran Moderasi Gender dalam Hubungan antara Happiness at Work dan Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB): Studi pada Karyawan Kurnia Group

Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) merupakan perilaku sukarela karyawan yang berperan penting dalam meningkatkan efektivitas organisasi, khususnya pada industri perhotelan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh kebahagiaan di tempat kerja terhadap OCB dengan gender sebagai variabel moderasi pada karyawan Kurnia Group di Bandar Lampung. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode sensus terhadap 72 karyawan. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) serta Permutation Multi-Group Analysis (MGA) dengan bantuan SmartPLS 4. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kebahagiaan di tempat kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap OCB. Selain itu, gender terbukti memoderasi hubungan tersebut, di mana pengaruh kebahagiaan di tempat kerja terhadap OCB lebih kuat pada karyawan laki-laki dibandingkan perempuan. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan kebahagiaan di tempat kerja dapat mendorong perilaku ekstra-peran karyawan dalam mendukung efektivitas organisasi.
