Systematic Literature Review: Peran Remote Working Terhadap Produktivitas Karyawan Di Era Kerja Digital

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran remote working terhadap produktivitas karyawan di era kerja digital melalui pendekatan Systematic Literature Review (SLR). Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan Systematic Literature Review (SLR) dengan protokol PRISMA untuk menyeleksi literatur secara sistematis. Sumber data berasal dari jurnal ilmiah bereputasi yang terbit pada tahun 2022 hingga 2026 dan terindeks dalam Scopus, Web of Science, SINTA, serta Garuda. Dari 250 artikel yang teridentifikasi, setelah melalui tahap eliminasi duplikasi, screening, eligibility, dan inclusion, diperoleh 12 artikel final yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi untuk dianalisis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa remote working berpengaruh positif terhadap produktivitas melalui fleksibilitas kerja, efisiensi waktu, peningkatan fokus kerja (deep work), dan work-life balance. Hubungan tersebut dipengaruhi oleh dukungan manajerial, kepuasan kerja, komunikasi organisasi, dan kesiapan teknologi. Risiko seperti digital fatigue, cognitive overload, dan blurring boundaries dapat menurunkan produktivitas jika tidak dikelola dengan baik. Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya kebijakan hybrid working, right to disconnect, dan manajemen berbasis hasil untuk menjaga produktivitas berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi teoretis dalam memperkaya kajian manajemen SDM digital serta kontribusi praktis bagi organisasi dalam merancang kebijakan kerja fleksibel yang berkelanjutan.
