Transformasi Digital Dalam Manajemen Pendidikan Islam Dan Dampaknya Terhadap Mutu Layanan Pendidikan

Transformasi digital telah menjadi imperatif strategis dalam pengelolaan institusi pendidikan Islam di tengah dinamika perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis secara komprehensif proses transformasi digital dalam manajemen pendidikan Islam serta dampaknya terhadap peningkatan mutu layanan pendidikan di madrasah, pesantren, dan lembaga pendidikan Islam lainnya. Menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi pustaka (library research), penelitian ini mengkaji dan mensintesis literatur ilmiah terkini dari jurnal terindeks nasional dan internasional. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa transformasi digital dalam manajemen pendidikan Islam mencakup dimensi digitalisasi administrasi akademik, integrasi teknologi dalam proses pembelajaran, pemanfaatan platform digital untuk layanan peserta didik, serta pengembangan sistem informasi manajemen terintegrasi. Transformasi digital berdampak positif terhadap efisiensi operasional, aksesibilitas layanan pendidikan, kualitas proses pembelajaran, dan akuntabilitas pengelolaan lembaga. Namun demikian, implementasi transformasi digital menghadapi tantangan signifikan berupa keterbatasan infrastruktur teknologi, rendahnya kompetensi digital sumber daya manusia, resistensi terhadap perubahan, serta kekhawatiran terhadap erosi nilai-nilai tradisional Islam. Studi ini merekomendasikan pendekatan transformasi digital yang adaptif dan kontekstual, yaitu mengintegrasikan inovasi teknologi dengan keunggulan tradisi dan nilai-nilai keislaman
