Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kecerdasan emosional terhadap komitmen organisasional dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel mediasi pada karyawan PT. Sinar Jaya Inti Mulya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). Data diperoleh melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada responden dan dianalisis untuk menguji hubungan antarvariabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasional. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa semakin tinggi kecerdasan emosional karyawan, semakin tinggi pula komitmen mereka terhadap organisasi. Namun, kepuasan kerja tidak terbukti mampu memediasi pengaruh kecerdasan emosional terhadap komitmen organisasional. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa kecerdasan emosional lebih berperan secara langsung dalam membentuk komitmen karyawan dibandingkan melalui kepuasan kerja. Secara deskriptif, seluruh variabel penelitian berada pada kategori baik hingga sangat baik. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah pentingnya perusahaan dalam meningkatkan kecerdasan emosional karyawan melalui pelatihan pengelolaan emosi, empati, dan keterampilan sosial guna memperkuat komitmen organisasi.
