Peran Ganda Perempuan Pekerja: Analisis Semiotika Representasi Gender dan Implikasi Hukum Ketenagakerjaan

Konstruksi sosial gender yang direproduksi melalui wacana media dan hukum ketenagakerjaan terus melanggengkan beban ganda perempuan pekerja di Indonesia sebagai sesuatu yang dianggap wajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengungkap bagaimana relasi kuasa patriarki dipertahankan melalui praktik diskursif di media dan dokumen hukum, serta implikasinya terhadap perlindungan normatif dan etis perempuan pekerja. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan analisis semiotika Roland Barthes dan analisis normatif, bersumber dari teks media daring nasional periode 2020–2026 serta dokumen hukum ketenagakerjaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media merepresentasikan perempuan pekerja melalui mitos "ibu tangguh" yang menaturalisasi beban ganda sebagai kodrat, bukan akibat ketidakadilan struktural. Praktik diskursif seperti pertanyaan kehamilan dalam rekrutmen, pelabelan "emosional", dan penerbitan surat peringatan berlapis bagi pekerja hamil terbukti mereproduksi subordinasi perempuan secara sistemik. Norma hukum ketenagakerjaan yang ada kehilangan daya kerjanya karena persepsi publik dan aparat penegak hukum telah dibentuk oleh mitos yang sama. Solidaritas komunitas yang muncul sebagai respons atas absennya perlindungan formal berisiko menjadi alibi bagi negara untuk tidak hadir. Intervensi simultan pada front simbolik dan struktural merupakan syarat mutlak agar hukum ketenagakerjaan benar-benar bermakna bagi perempuan pekerja.
