Pengaruh Quality of Work Life dan Occupational Stress terhadap Turnover Intention: Peran Mediasi Job Satisfaction

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh Quality of Work Life (QWL) dan occupational stress terhadap turnover intention dengan Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh Quality of Work Life (QWL) dan occupational stress terhadap turnover intention dengan job satisfaction sebagai variabel mediasi. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan survei terhadap 157 karyawan Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) di Bandar Lampung dan dianalisis menggunakan SEM-AMOS. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa QWL berpengaruh negatif signifikan, sedangkan occupational stress berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Selain itu, job satisfaction memediasi secara parsial hubungan tersebut. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya peningkatan kualitas kehidupan kerja dan pengelolaan stres kerja untuk menekan turnover intention.
