Peran Motivasi dalam Memediasi Pengaruh Leader-Member Exchange, Teknologi, dan Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pentingnya peningkatan kinerja karyawan dalam menghadapi persaingan sektor perbankan yang semakin kompetitif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran motivasi dalam memediasi pengaruh Leader-Member Exchange (LMX), teknologi, dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada sektor perbankan, dengan rumusan masalah apakah variabel tersebut berpengaruh langsung atau melalui motivasi. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif kausal dengan metode survei terhadap 230 karyawan bank BUMN di Indonesia (BRI, BNI, dan Bank Mandiri), data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner daring dan dianalisis menggunakan SEM berbasis Covariance-Based SEM (CB-SEM) dengan AMOS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, sedangkan LMX dan teknologi tidak berpengaruh signifikan, serta motivasi hanya mampu memediasi hubungan antara kepuasan kerja dan kinerja. Kesimpulannya, kinerja karyawan lebih dipengaruhi oleh faktor psikologis terutama kepuasan kerja dibandingkan faktor struktural, sehingga organisasi perlu meningkatkan kepuasan kerja untuk mendorong motivasi dan kinerja karyawan.
