Efektivitas Intervensi Appreciative Inquiry dalam Meningkatkan Sense of Community Organisasi Kepemudaan

Sense of community merupakan aspek penting untuk dimiliki oleh anggota organisasi, terutama pada organisasi yang berada dalam tahap pembentukan (forming). Salah satu intervensi yang dapat membentuk dan meningkatkan sense of community adalah appreciative inquiry. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui efektivitas intervensi appreciative inquiry dalam meningkatkan sense of community pada organisasi kepemudaan yang berada pada tahap pembentukan (forming). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian pra-eksperimental dan desain penelitian one-group pretest-posttest design dengan melibatkan 11 partisipan yang dipilih melalui purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukan pergeseran kategorisasi di mana partisipan dengan sense of community rendah berkurang dari 54,5% menjadi 0%, sementara partisipan dengan sense of community sedang meningkat dari 36,4% menjadi 90,9% setelah diberikan intervensi. Hasil uji Wilcoxon Signed-Rank Test menunjukan nilai Z = -2,940 dengan signifikansi p = 0,003 (p < 0,05), yang berarti terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan terhadap skor sense of community partisipan sebelum dan sesudah dilakukannya intervensi. Disimpulkan bahwa intervensi apprecitiave inquiry efektif dalam meningkatkan sense of community pada organisasi kepemudaan yang berada dalam tahap pembentukan (forming).
