Rekonstruksi Konsep Analisis Lingkungan Internal dan Eksternal dalam Perspektif Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merekonstruksi konsep analisis lingkungan internal dan eksternal dalam perspektif manajemen sumber daya manusia (MSDM) agar lebih relevan dengan dinamika organisasi kontemporer. Fokus kajian diarahkan pada penelaahan konseptual terhadap peran analisis lingkungan sebagai dasar perumusan kebijakan MSDM yang adaptif dan berkelanjutan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan kepustakaan (library research), yaitu dengan menelaah buku-buku rujukan dan artikel jurnal ilmiah yang relevan dengan tema MSDM dan analisis lingkungan organisasi. Teknik analisis data dilakukan melalui reduksi data, kategorisasi konsep, serta interpretasi kritis terhadap temuan literatur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa analisis lingkungan internal dan eksternal memiliki peran strategis dalam MSDM, terutama dalam perencanaan SDM, pengembangan kompetensi, serta penyesuaian kebijakan terhadap perubahan lingkungan kerja. Pembahasan juga menegaskan bahwa konsep analisis lingkungan yang selama ini bersifat umum perlu direkonstruksi agar lebih spesifik dan aplikatif dalam konteks MSDM. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa rekonstruksi konsep analisis lingkungan internal dan eksternal dapat memperkuat posisi MSDM sebagai mitra strategis organisasi dalam menghadapi tantangan perubahan. Kajian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi teoretis bagi pengembangan ilmu MSDM serta menjadi rujukan konseptual bagi penelitian selanjutnya.
