Pengaruh Karakteristik Bisnis Keluarga Terhadap Resiliensi Bisnis Dengan Family Relationship Sebagai Variabel Mediasi

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh karakteristik bisnis keluarga terhadap resiliensi bisnis pada UMKM berbasis keluarga di Kota Bandar Lampung, serta menguji peran family relationship sebagai variabel mediasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 100 pelaku UMKM keluarga yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Analisis data dilakukan dengan metode Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) menggunakan perangkat lunak SmartPLS 4. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa karakteristik bisnis keluarga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap resiliensi bisnis. Selain itu, karakteristik bisnis keluarga juga terbukti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap family relationship. Selanjutnya, family relationship memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap resiliensi bisnis. Namun demikian, hasil pengujian efek tidak langsung menunjukkan bahwa family relationship tidak berperan sebagai variabel mediasi dalam hubungan antara karakteristik bisnis keluarga dan resiliensi bisnis. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa resiliensi UMKM keluarga di Kota Bandar Lampung lebih dipengaruhi secara langsung oleh kekuatan karakteristik bisnis keluarga dibandingkan oleh family relationship. Temuan penelitian ini memberikan implikasi praktis bagi pelaku UMKM keluarga agar lebih memperkuat karakteristik internal usaha, seperti keterlibatan keluarga, orientasi jangka panjang, dan nilai-nilai keluarga, sebagai strategi utama dalam meningkatkan resiliensi bisnis. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga berkontribusi secara teoritis dalam memperkaya kajian bisnis keluarga, khususnya terkait peran family relationship dalam konteks UMKM di negara berkembang.
