Etika di tempat kerja menjadi aspek penting dalam organisasi modern yang menghadapi keberagaman tenaga kerja dan tuntutan peningkatan kesejahteraan karyawan. Kepemimpinan inklusif dipandang mampu menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang adil, menghargai perbedaan, serta mendukung kesejahteraan karyawan secara berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji peran etika di tempat kerja dalam membentuk kepemimpinan inklusif serta implikasinya terhadap kesejahteraan karyawan melalui tinjauan literatur. Metode yang digunakan adalah tinjauan literatur dengan menganalisis artikel ilmiah dari jurnal nasional dan internasional yang dipublikasikan dalam lima tahun terakhir. Penelusuran literatur dilakukan melalui database akademik seperti Google Scholar dan DOAJ berdasarkan kriteria inklusi yang telah ditetapkan. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan etika kerja yang kuat berkontribusi terhadap terciptanya kepemimpinan inklusif dan berdampak positif pada kesejahteraan karyawan, kepuasan kerja, serta komitmen organisasi. Studi ini diharapkan dapat menjadi referensi teoretis dan praktis bagi organisasi dalam membangun lingkungan kerja yang etis, inklusif, dan berkelanjutan.
