Abstract

Transformasi kerja pascapandemi yang ditandai oleh intensifikasi digitalisasi, tuntutan kinerja yang meningkat, serta kaburnya batas antara kehidupan pribadi dan pekerjaan telah memperbesar risiko burnout pada karyawan generasi milenial, khususnya di sektor distribusi dan logistik. Penulisan ini bertujuan menganalisis hubungan teoretis antara Work-Life Balance (WLB), Perceived Organizational Support (POS), dan burnout, serta merumuskan peran moderasi POS dalam memperkuat pengaruh protektif WLB terhadap kelelahan kerja pada karyawan milenial di PT NYX. Kajian ini menggunakan pendekatan konseptual berbasis telaah literatur sistematis terhadap publikasi peer-reviewed nasional dan internasional periode 2019–2025 dengan mengacu pada kerangka Job Demands–Resources Model dan Social Exchange Theory sebagai landasan analitis. Hasil sintesis menunjukkan bahwa WLB berfungsi sebagai sumber daya personal yang menekan kelelahan emosional dan jarak psikologis terhadap pekerjaan, sementara POS bertindak sebagai sumber daya organisasi yang menurunkan burnout melalui persepsi penghargaan, rasa aman, dan dukungan institusional. Interaksi keduanya mengindikasikan bahwa tingkat POS yang tinggi memperkuat efektivitas WLB dalam mencegah eskalasi stres kerja menjadi burnout.
