Pengaruh Pelaksanaan CSR Luar Negeri Terhadap Kenaikan Lifting di Pertamina Internasional EP

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pelaksanaan Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) luar negeri terhadap peningkatan Revenue Lifting di Pertamina Internasional EP (PIEP) selama periode 2018–2024. CSR dalam perusahaan migas internasional tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai kegiatan sosial, tetapi juga sebagai strategi bisnis yang mendukung keberlanjutan operasi dan penerimaan sosial di negara tuan rumah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode regresi logistik biner, di mana variabel dependen adalah Revenue Lifting (kategori tinggi dan rendah), dan variabel independen meliputi CSR Education, CSR Environment, dan CSR Overseas. Data yang digunakan bersumber dari laporan internal PIEP, termasuk data keuangan dan program CSR internasional. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel CSR berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap peningkatan Revenue Lifting, masing-masing dengan nilai signifikansi 0.010 (Education), 0.029 (Environment), dan 0.034 (Overseas). Nilai Exp(B) menunjukkan peningkatan 1 juta USD dalam CSR Education, Environment, dan Overseas dapat meningkatkan peluang terjadinya Revenue Lifting tinggi sebesar 2,32; 1,84; dan 1,58 kali lipat. Nilai Nagelkerke R Square sebesar 0.714 mengindikasikan bahwa 71,4% variasi Revenue Lifting dapat dijelaskan oleh ketiga dimensi tersebut. Hasil penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa pelaksanaan CSR luar negeri memiliki kontribusi strategis terhadap kinerja operasional PIEP, sekaligus memperkuat posisi perusahaan sebagai aktor energi global yang berkomitmen terhadap pembangunan berkelanjutan.
