Inovasi Digital Government Dalam Mewujudkan Good Governance

Era Society 5.0 mendorong penggabungan pemerintahan digital untuk memperkuat tata kelola yang baik di tingkat global dan nasional. Penelitian ini mengkaji Kalurahan Pleret di Kabupaten Bantul sebagai contoh sukses penerapan pemerintahan digital dalam memajukan tata kelola desa. Tujuannya menganalisis proses inovasi digital dari identifikasi masalah hingga penyebaran menggunakan kerangka Siklus Inovasi Sektor Publik OECD, serta menilai dampaknya terhadap pengelolaan desa. Dengan pendekatan studi kasus kualitatif deskriptif, data dikumpul melalui observasi non-partisipatif, analisis dokumen, dan wawancara mendalam dengan aparat desa serta penerima layanan. Hasil menunjukkan inovasi bertahap di Pleret, seperti portal terintegrasi pleret.id, sistem kode QR rumah tangga, WhatsApp Gateway, strategi media sosial ber multichannel, serta program Studi Desa. Berbasis pemetaan masalah lokal, inisiatif ini meningkatkan akses layanan, transparansi, dan responsivitas, selaras dengan prinsip tata kelola baik. Pengalaman Pleret menawarkan model yang dapat ditiru untuk sistem informasi desa yang berkelanjutan dan saling terhubung di seluruh Indonesia
