Abstract

Kehidupan narapidana perempuan dengan anak bawaan di Lapas Perempuan Kelas IIA Pekanbaru menghadirkan tantangan psikologis yang kompleks karena mereka harus menjalankan peran ganda sebagai ibu sekaligus warga binaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan memahami bagaimana kondisi Flourishing atau kesejahteraan psikologis dapat tercapai pada narapidana perempuan yang hidup bersama anak di dalam Lapas. Pendekatan yang digunakan bersifat kualitatif deskriptif dengan teori Flourishing Seligman dan kerangka PERMA sebagai landasan analisis. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi terhadap tiga narapidana yang membawa anak selama masa hukuman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Flourishing terbentuk melalui emosi positif, keterlibatan dalam aktivitas bermakna, relasi suportif, pencapaian pribadi, serta kemampuan menemukan makna hidup di tengah keterbatasan. Kehadiran anak menjadi sumber kekuatan psikologis yang mendorong ibu binaan untuk tumbuh, belajar, dan memperbaiki diri. Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya pendekatan pemasyarakatan yang humanis dan berperspektif gender dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan psikologis ibu dan anak di lingkungan penjara, serta menjadi dasar bagi perumusan kebijakan pembinaan yang lebih empatik dan restoratif
