Pengaruh Budaya Organisasi Dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) Pembimbing Kemasyarakatan di UPT Balai Pemasyarakatan Wilayah DK Jakarta

Penelitian ini meneliti pengaruh budaya organisasi dan motivasi kerja terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) pada Pembimbing Kemasyarakatan di UPT Balai Pemasyarakatan Wilayah Daerah Khusus Jakarta, dengan mempertimbangkan pentingnya perilaku ekstra dalam memperkuat kinerja lembaga. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei dan analisis data melalui regresi berganda, uji t, serta uji F. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan yang kuat terhadap OCB, terutama dalam menumbuhkan kerjasama, tanggung jawab, dan komunikasi terbuka di antara pegawai. Motivasi kerja secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap OCB, tetapi ketika digabungkan dengan budaya organisasi, keduanya mampu menjelaskan 52,3% varians OCB secara signifikan. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa budaya organisasi berperan sebagai penggerak utama OCB, sementara motivasi kerja berfungsi sebagai faktor pendukung yang memperkuat pengaruh tersebut. Implikasinya, lembaga pemasyarakatan perlu memprioritaskan strategi penguatan budaya organisasi yang dibarengi dengan pengelolaan motivasi kerja secara terstruktur untuk mencapai efektivitas organisasi yang berkelanjutan
