Manajemen Kelas Berbasis Artificial Intelligence: Tinjauan Literatur terhadap Peluang dan Tantangan di Pendidikan Dasar

Integrasi Artificial Intelligence (AI) dalam pendidikan dasar menjadi isu strategis di tengah upaya transformasi pembelajaran abad ke-21, terutama dalam mendukung efektivitas manajemen kelas yang adaptif dan berbasis data. Namun, hingga kini masih terdapat kesenjangan antara potensi teoretis AI dan praktik implementasinya di ruang kelas dasar, baik dari sisi kesiapan infrastruktur, kompetensi guru, maupun regulasi etika yang belum memadai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji secara sistematis peluang dan tantangan penggunaan AI dalam pengelolaan kelas di pendidikan dasar melalui pendekatan studi pustaka terhadap 32 literatur terbitan tahun 2010–2022. Hasil analisis tematik menunjukkan bahwa AI memiliki potensi untuk mendukung personalisasi pendekatan manajemen kelas, mendeteksi perilaku siswa secara real-time, dan mengurangi beban administratif guru, tetapi sekaligus menghadapi tantangan serius seperti bias algoritma, ketimpangan akses teknologi, dan kekhawatiran etika penggunaan data anak. Studi ini menyimpulkan bahwa keberhasilan integrasi AI dalam manajemen kelas dasar sangat bergantung pada desain sistem yang kontekstual, literasi digital guru, serta adanya regulasi yang tegas dan kolaboratif lintas sektor.
