Kesejahteraan karyawan telah menjadi isu strategis dalam manajemen sumber daya manusia di tengah transformasi dunia kerja yang berlangsung cepat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh praktik kesejahteraan terintegrasi dalam manajemen sumber daya manusia terhadap kesejahteraan karyawan dan kinerja organisasi di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain Systematic Literature Review yang mengacu pada pedoman PRISMA 2020. Populasi penelitian terdiri atas artikel ilmiah, dengan sampel sebanyak 36 studi terpilih berdasarkan kriteria inklusi. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa protokol pencarian terstruktur, sementara analisis data dilakukan melalui analisis tematik dan sintesis naratif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa praktik manajemen sumber daya manusia yang terintegrasi secara signifikan meningkatkan kesejahteraan karyawan dan kinerja organisasi, dengan kesejahteraan karyawan berperan sebagai mediator utama. Kesimpulan penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa pendekatan manajemen sumber daya manusia yang holistik dan berbasis sistem sangat penting untuk mencapai keberlanjutan kinerja organisasi.
