Pengaruh Kedisiplinan K3 terhadap Kesiapan Kerja Lulusan Teknik Mesin UPI

Dalam dinamika pendidikan vokasi, Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia (UPI) berupaya menginkubasi lulusan teknik yang memenuhi standar profesionalisme melalui internalisasi Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3). Diskrepansi antara kognisi teoretis dan konsistensi praktis di bengkel menuntut penguatan karakter disiplin guna mengoptimalkan kesiapan profesional. Riset ini bertujuan mengevaluasi signifikansi kedisiplinan K3 terhadap maturitas kesiapan kerja lulusan Teknik Mesin UPI. Menggunakan desain studi kepustakaan kualitatif, 25 artikel bereputasi (2015-2025) dianalisis melalui matriks sintesis. Hasil menunjukkan indeks persepsi K3 mencapai 86,23%, namun aplikasi lapangan tetap fluktuatif. Kedisiplinan K3 berkontribusi 23% terhadap unjuk kerja, sementara sinerginya dengan bimbingan menentukan 27,6% variansi kesiapan kerja . Temuan ini menegaskan kedisiplinan K3 sebagai jembatan adaptif krusial dalam memitigasi risiko disparitas teknologi. Kesimpulannya, formasi karakter disiplin K3 merupakan investasi strategis bagi daya saing lulusan di pasar global.
