Pengaruh Pembinaan Keagamaan terhadap Pembentukan Disiplin Akademik Mahasiswa Pendidikan Teknik Mesin Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia

Erosi efektivitas pendidikan pada Departemen Pendidikan Teknik Mesin Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia terdeteksi melalui perpanjangan masa studi hingga fase septenial serta persistensi perilaku prokrastinatif yang kronis. Upaya dekonstruksi dan rekonstruksi habitat melalui intervensi teologis yang diposisikan sebagai skema strategis dalam menanggulangi anomali disiplin tersebut. Riset ini diarahkan untuk mendeliberasi signifikansi deterministik dari pembinaan spiritual terhadap pemberdayaan akademik serta pemancaran satwa liar dalam ekosistem pendidikan teknik. Dengan menggunakan metodologi kualitatif berdasarkan studi kepustakaan, penelitian ini mengagregasi data dari 25 literatur primer yang bereputasi melalui teknik analisis konten yang kaku. Hasil analisis menyimpulkan bahwa variabel religiusitas memberikan pengaruh empiris sebesar 35,3% terhadap variansi disiplin ilmu siswa. Skema mentoring terbukti berperan sebagai “filter keputusan” (decision filter ) yang secara sistemik memitigasi kecenderungan tertundanya tugas akademik. Mahasiswa dengan aksentuasi spiritual yang tinggi menunjukkan kekakuan terhadap prosedur standar operasional di bengkel kerja. Habituasi ritus ibadah memicu proses transfer pembelajaran yang mengeskalasi akuntabilitas terhadap beban kurikuler. Sebagai konklusi, internalisasi nilai transendental melalui bimbingan yang terstruktur merupakan prasyarat dalam mengakselerasi kelulusan sekaligus mengukuhkan integritas profesional calon pendidik vokasi.
