Peran IFC Dan ITFA Dalam Menutup Kesenjangan Pembiayaan Perdagangan Global

Kesenjangan pembiayaan perdagangan global adalah masalah besar yang menghambat pertumbuhan ekonomi dan inklusi keuangan, yang terutama di negara-negara berkembang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana peran International Finance Corporation (IFC) dan International Trade and Forfaiting Association (ITFA) dalam mengurangi kesenjangan tersebut melalui pendekatan kolaboratif antara lembaga keuangan internasional dan sektor swasta. Menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dan analisis dokumen dari berbagai laporan resmi, hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa IFC berperan strategis melalui program Global Trade Finance Program (GTFP) dan Supply Chain Finance Initiative dalam memperluas akses likuiditas dan menjamin transaksi ekspor-impor berisiko tinggi. ITFA, di sisi lain, membantu dengan mempromosikan alat pembiayaan seperti forfaiting dan factoring serta mendorong standarisasi peraturan lintas batas. Kolaborasi antara IFC dan ITFA telah terbukti memperkuat stabilitas sistem keuangan global dengan menurunkan risiko gagal bayar, meningkatkan kepercayaan antar bank, dan memperluas inklusi keuangan digital untuk usaha kecil dan menengah. Studi ini menekankan bahwa harmonisasi kebijakan, penguatan kapasitas lembaga keuangan lokal, dan digitalisasi sistem pembiayaan sangat penting untuk keberlanjutan penutupan kesenjangan pembiayaan perdagangan global
