Abstract

Ekspor merupakan instrumen penting dalam memperkuat daya saing industri nasional dan mendukung pertumbuhan ekonomi global. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis potensi serta hambatan ekspansi pasar ekspor pada PT. Adyawinsa Stamping Industri. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan teknik wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi serta analisis triangulasi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perusahaan memiliki peluang besar untuk masuk ke pasar ekspor karena kapasitas produksi yang tinggi, kualitas teknologi yang memadai, dan posisi strategis sebagai pemasok utama Hyundai. Namun, hambatan signifikan masih terdapat pada aspek regulasi, kelengkapan dokumen ekspor, serta belum adanya pasar tujuan yang jelas, sehingga ekspansi masih terkendala. Dukungan pemerintah, pemanfaatan inovasi, dan kerja sama dengan mitra internasional dapat menjadi strategi kunci untuk memperluas pangsa pasar. Implikasi penelitian ini menegaskan perlunya strategi terintegrasi yang mengombinasikan inovasi, kepatuhan regulasi, dan kolaborasi global dalam memperkuat kinerja ekspor perusahaan
