Evaluasi Akreditasi Madrasah Aliyah Kota Jambi dengan Model CIPP: Analisis Efektivitas terhadap Peningkatan Mutu Pendidikan

Transformasi akreditasi pendidikan menuntut perubahan dari sekadar formalitas administratif menuju instrumen peningkatan mutu berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi pelaksanaan akreditasi Madrasah Aliyah di Kota Jambi dengan menggunakan model CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) untuk menilai efektivitasnya dalam memperkuat kualitas pendidikan. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain evaluatif, melibatkan 15 partisipan melalui wawancara semi-terstruktur, observasi partisipatif, dan analisis dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 78% stakeholder masih memahami akreditasi sebagai kewajiban administratif, hanya 35% guru memiliki literasi digital memadai, siklus PPEPP dalam SPMI belum optimal terutama pada tahap evaluasi (45%) dan peningkatan (32%), serta masih terdapat praktik window dressing dalam persiapan visitasi. Meskipun madrasah meraih akreditasi A dengan skor 92, korelasi dengan peningkatan mutu pembelajaran masih lemah, ditunjukkan dengan kenaikan rata-rata nilai AKM sebesar 0,7 poin dan tingkat kepuasan siswa hanya 0,2 poin. Implikasi penelitian ini menegaskan perlunya pergeseran paradigma akreditasi dari kepatuhan administratif menuju instrumen transformatif yang berorientasi pada peningkatan mutu pendidikan secara berkelanjutan
