Konsep Inovasi Dan Kreativitas Dalam Pengelolaan Sumber Daya Manusia Berbasis Nilai-Nilai Islam

Transformasi global dan revolusi teknologi menuntut pengelolaan SDM yang adaptif pada lembaga berbasis nilai-nilai Islam melalui integrasi inovasi, kreativitas, dan teknologi digital dalam bingkai maqasid al-syariah; penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis bagaimana prinsip-prinsip syariah dipadukan dengan pendekatan manajerial modern untuk meningkatkan efektivitas, produktivitas, dan keberlanjutan organisasi; metode yang digunakan adalah studi literatur kualitatif dengan content analysis terhadap artikel bereputasi internasional, buku akademik, dan laporan organisasi global; hasil menunjukkan bahwa penerapan AI, big data, HRIS/HCMS, blockchain, IoT, dan Islamic e-learning memperkuat akurasi rekrutmen, transparansi evaluasi kinerja, percepatan pengembangan kompetensi, serta mutu pengambilan keputusan, sementara kepemimpinan spiritual yang menegakkan amanah, ‘adl, ihsan, dan syura menumbuhkan kreativitas karyawan dan budaya kolaboratif yang etis; implikasinya, organisasi Islam perlu merancang arsitektur manajemen SDM yang menggabungkan tata kelola data yang aman, metrik kinerja berorientasi maqasid, program talenta yang terpersonalisasi, serta mekanisme akuntabilitas berbasis keadilan untuk merespons disrupsi global sekaligus mewujudkan keberkahan institusional dan kemaslahatan sosial
