Namun, praktik disiplin retributif masih dominan serta kerap memperkuat eksklusi dan ketimpangan sosial, sehingga diperlukan alternatif yang lebih responsif. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pendekatan restoratif sebagai paradigma sistemik dalam penyelesaian masalah sekolah dan masyarakat. Penelitian ini menerapkan pendekatan kualitatif melalui kajian literatur. Data diperoleh lewat artikel jurnal yang sesuai dengan fokus kajian dan dianalisis menurut pola tematik. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa praktik seperti circles, konferensi restoratif, mediasi sebaya, dan whole-school restorative approach berkorelasi dengan penurunan suspensi dan eksklusi, perbaikan iklim sekolah, penguatan kompetensi sosial-emosional, serta peningkatan keterlibatan keluarga dan komunitas dalam penanganan konflik. Efektivitasnya bergantung pada integrasi sistemik ke dalam budaya sekolah, dukungan kebijakan, pelatihan berkelanjutan, dan reformasi struktural relasi kekuasaan antara sekolah, penegak hukum, dan warga. Lingkungan belajar yang kondusif diyakini mampu meningkatkan keterlibatan, motivasi, dan pengalaman belajar siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kondisi aktual pembelajaran, mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi, mengkaji strategi optimalisasi pembelajaran, serta merumuskan model konseptual pembelajaran yang menyenangkan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain survei lapangan yang dilaksanakan di SDN 01 Banjar Sari dengan jumlah sampel 48 siswa kelas I–III menggunakan teknik total sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui angket dan observasi, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat optimalisasi pembelajaran berada pada kategori baik dengan nilai rata-rata 3,18 (79,5%). Faktor dominan yang mempengaruhi adalah kompetensi guru (83%) dan lingkungan sosial kelas (82%). Strategi pembelajaran interaktif menjadi yang paling efektif (82,5%), sementara penggunaan media masih perlu ditingkatkan (76,25%). Model konseptual yang dihasilkan menekankan integrasi perencanaan, pelaksanaan, interaksi, dan evaluasi pembelajaran. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes dengan instrument penelitian berupa soal pilihan ganda. Analisis data menggunakan uji validitas, uji normalitas, dan uji hipotesis menggunakan uji T-test: paired two sample for means. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai rata-rata pre-test sebesat 62,76 sedangkan nilai rata-rata post-test 76,21. Hasil uji-t menunjukkan nilai t-hitung (10,52) lebih besar daripada t-tabel pada taraf signifikansi 5% (2,004) dan 1% (2,673). Dikarenakan t-hitung &lt; t-tabel maka hipotesis alternatif diterima yaitu terdapat pengaruh model cooperative learning tipe TGT (Team Game Tournament) berbantuan media audio terhadap peningkatan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran SKI dan hipotesis nihil ditolak. Selanjutnya perhitungan effect size (d) sebesar 1,08 menunjukkan pengaruh pada kategori besar. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model cooperative learning tipe TGT (Team Game Tournament) berbantuan media audio berpengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran SKI.</p> 2026-04-04T00:00:00+07:00 Copyright (c) 2026 Nadia Irdawati, Bachrurrosyady Amrulloh
