Employee Engagement dan Produktivitas pada Industri Manufaktur Otomotif: A Systematic Literature Review

Abstract

Rendahnya tingkat employee engagement menjadi salah satu faktor yang memengaruhi produktivitas tenaga kerja di industri manufaktur otomotif, khususnya dalam menghadapi tantangan transformasi Industri 4.0. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran employee engagement dalam meningkatkan produktivitas melalui pendekatan systematic literature review. Metode penelitian menggunakan SLR dengan mengacu pada pedoman PRISMA 2020 terhadap artikel ilmiah periode 2020-2025 yang diperoleh dari basis data Scopus, Web of Science, Google Scholar, dan DOAJ. Sebanyak 52 artikel terpilih dianalisis menggunakan teknik thematic synthesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa employee engagement berpengaruh positif terhadap produktivitas kerja, baik melalui indikator subjektif maupun objektif. Kepemimpinan transformasional, pengembangan karier, dan iklim kerja tim merupakan faktor utama yang memengaruhi keterlibatan karyawan. Selain itu motivasi psikologis berperan sebagai mediator, sementara faktor generasional dan beban kerja bertindak sebagai moderator dalam hubungan tersebut. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa employee engagement merupakan faktor kunci dalam meningkatkan produktivitas industri manufaktur otomotif. Karena itu organisasi perlu mengembangkan strategi keterlibatan karyawan yang adaptif, terutama dalam menghadapi transformasi digital.
